Drywall

Flawless Walls and Ceilings, Every Time

Drywall is the canvas of your home's interior. When it's done right, you don't notice it — you just see smooth, clean walls and ceilings. When it's done wrong, every flaw shows. Waves, bumps, visible seams, and bad texture are the hallmarks of rushed or inexperienced drywall work.

We handle new drywall installation, repairs, patching, and finishing. Whether you're renovating a room, finishing a basement, repairing water damage, or building an addition, we deliver Level 4 and Level 5 finishes that are ready for paint or wallpaper.

Our process is methodical — hang, tape, mud, sand, inspect, repeat as needed. We don't skip coats or rush the drying process. Proper drywall finishing takes patience and skill, and we have both. The result is walls so smooth you won't believe they're drywall.

For homes with textured ceilings (popcorn, orange peel, knockdown), we offer removal and refinishing to a smooth, modern look. It's one of the fastest ways to update the feel of your home without a major renovation.

Step by Step

Our Drywall Process

1

Assessment

We evaluate the scope — new installation, repair, or refinishing — and provide a clear plan and price.

2

Preparation

We protect your floors, furniture, and adjacent rooms. Dust containment is set up before any work begins.

3

Installation & Finishing

Drywall is hung, taped, mudded, and sanded through multiple coats until the surface is flawless. We don't rush this.

4

Inspection

We check every surface under raking light to catch any imperfections. The walls are paint-ready when we're done.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finish?

Level 4 has taped joints and fastener spots covered with compound — suitable for most applications. Level 5 adds a skim coat over the entire surface for a perfectly uniform finish — ideal for areas with critical lighting or glossy paint. We recommend the right level for each room.

Can you match the texture on my existing walls for a repair?

Yes. Whether your home has smooth, orange peel, knockdown, or skip trowel texture, we match it so the repair blends seamlessly.

How messy is drywall work?

Drywall creates dust — there's no way around it. But we use dust containment barriers, floor protection, and dust-minimizing sanding techniques. We clean up thoroughly when the work is done.

How long does drywall work take?

A single room typically takes 3-5 days including drying time between coats. Larger projects scale accordingly. The finishing process can't be rushed — each coat needs to dry completely before the next is applied.
