Beautiful Floors That Stand Up to Real Life

Your floors take more abuse than any other surface in your home. They handle foot traffic, furniture, pets, kids, spills, and everything else daily life throws at them. The right flooring looks great, holds up, and makes your home feel the way you want it to.

We install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and engineered hardwood flooring. Each option has its place, and we'll help you choose based on the room, your lifestyle, and your budget.

Hardwood brings warmth and timeless character — perfect for living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. Luxury vinyl plank is virtually indestructible, waterproof, and comes in designs that convincingly replicate wood and stone — ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and high-traffic areas. Engineered hardwood gives you real wood beauty with better moisture resistance than solid hardwood.

Proper installation matters as much as the material itself. We acclimate materials to your home's environment, prepare subfloors correctly, and install with precision. Transitions, thresholds, and trim are finished clean — because the details make the difference between a professional job and a DIY attempt.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the best flooring for homes in the mountains?

It depends on the room. For living areas where you want warmth and character, hardwood or engineered hardwood is ideal. For kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and high-traffic areas, luxury vinyl plank is nearly indestructible and waterproof. We'll recommend the right material for each space.

How long does flooring installation take?

A typical room takes 1-2 days. A full home reflooring takes 3-7 days depending on scope, subfloor condition, and whether old flooring needs removal. Material acclimation adds 2-3 days before installation begins.

Why does flooring need to acclimate?

Mountain homes experience significant humidity swings between seasons. Flooring materials need to reach equilibrium with your home's environment before installation to prevent gaps, buckling, or warping. Skipping this step is one of the most common installer mistakes.

Can you install flooring over existing flooring?

Sometimes. LVP and laminate can sometimes be installed over existing hard floors if the surface is flat and stable. We don't recommend installing over carpet or damaged subfloors. We'll assess your specific situation and give you honest advice.
